I finally got my hands on Jeni's seasonal flavor 'Basque Cheesecake with Brambleberry Jam'. As is usual with Jeni's the quality and flavor is phenomenal but the texture was a huge fat miss for me – an icecream with the name cheesecake in it is simply begging for cheesecake bits mixed through it to give it texture and body. So I took matters into my own hands 😈

Last time I stopped by my local Jeni’s they were out of all of their seasonal stuff 😭 I gotta call them every week now till I find the basque cheesecake, I NEED it

I do this also! I like the cheesecake to be frozen first. Then I chop it up and add it to my bowl. I have a piece in the freezer right now that I’m going to pair with B&J’s Strawberry Cheesecake.

I used to be a fiend for the chocolate bundt cake from Aldi. Except I always had to get it with this one ice cream I can’t remember the name of, toffee something, I think. It was the Walmart brand and I don’t shop at Walmart regularly except this one was across the street from Aldi. I somehow hit on that combo and went through maybe a dozen or more cakes in one year.

Not pregnant! Just snapped out of it one day. But it was a killer cake & ice cream combo.
