So I'm growing Cherokee wax beans this year, and I'm super surprised at how fast they're growing. They sprouted in around 4 or 5 days, and a week after planting are already almost 3 inches tall. I'm growing green beans and peas, too, but this is about the wax beans. This is the yellow variety if that helps.

I'm considering canning them both wet and as a dry mix with some store bought beans and need some recipe recommendations. Maybe even some chilli recipes.

you cannot dry can beans. your best option if you want to have them dry is just put them in a jar or other sealed container with maybe a desiccant packet for extra security.
