1kg of tomatoes, 2 bell pepers, 3 red onions, 1/2 ball of garlic, sage, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil. Cut every ingredient in large chunks. Add 150ml of re whine. Smoke with a handful of appletree or cognac chips for 20 minutes 200 degrees Celsius dome temp. Add one litre of water and 2 bouillon cubes. Let simmer until veggies are soft. Mix and enjoy.
