Just what the title says. Basically it's a spicier version of homemade hamburger helper but with rice cakes instead of noods.

    Looks incredible. One of my favorite restaurant dishes are chopped cheese rice cakes at Nowon – this looks like an awesome homemade version of it.

    Theres an amazing Korean/American fusion restaurant in NYC that makes Chopped Cheese Tteobokki thats basically just a more proffesional version of this and it goes fucking hard.

    I fucking love tteokbokki in the traditional way (I only buy the rice cakes pre-made, everything else is homemade) and I never thought about doing something like this.
