For those less-structured souls, turn on reservation notifications or try to walk in. Boia De holds space nightly for walk-ins, and it’s not the fool’s errand it used to be, especially if you arrive around 5:30pm during the week (and especially during summer). Just know there’s a decent chance you’ll have to sit at an outdoor table or the counter. Walrus Rodeo, their excellent sister restaurant, is a backup plan waiting for you next door.
