Hi my dear friends 💛
Today we’re making a keto version of Turkish pide (Trabzon pide) — a beautifu flatbread filled with juicy meat, melted cheese, and a soft egg in the center 🥚✨
Traditionally made with flour, today we’re transforming it into a low carb, no flour, high-protein recipe that still tastes delicious!

This is the kind of meal that feels indulgent and comforting, but actually supports fat loss, stable blood sugar, and a low-carb lifestyle.

📌 Ingredients for the dough:
– 1 pack dry cottage cheese (200g – farmer’s cheese)
– 1 egg (white for dough, yolk for brushing)
– 2 Tbsp coconut flour (20 g)

For the filling:
– 1/2 lb (225 g) cooked beef
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella (100 g)
– 2 Tbsp butter (30 g)
– black pepper

For the topping:
– 1 egg (for the center)
– fresh dill / parsley

🥑 Health benefits:
🧀 Cottage cheese is high in protein and helps keep you full longer
🥚 Eggs support metabolism and provide essential nutrients
🥩 Beef is rich in iron and supports energy levels
🥥 Coconut flour is low in carbs and perfect for keto baking
🌿 Fresh herbs add antioxidants and freshness

🥑 Macros (per serving — 1 of 4):

👩‍🍳 Method:
Mix cottage cheese, egg white, and coconut flour into a dough. Shape into a pizza base and brush edges with yolk. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes until set.
Top one half with mozzarella, the other with cooked beef and butter, then bake again at 200°C (392°F) for 7 minutes. Add an egg to the center and finish baking at 200°C (392°F) for 3 minutes until the whites set and the yolk stays soft. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

  1. The thing is It turns very expensive. For one person doubled the price when I buy I have for 2 people only 1/2 price so basically with the pizza from a store with the same price I could feed 5 instead of just one. I know it is not the same …but well…nobody has a such budget to eat fancy. I would if my money could triple. Thank you for your idea. It looks really great !

  2. Looks great but cilantro doesn't agree with me. Also since beef is expensive try pork, chicken or turkey instead. Vegetarian? Chopped mushrooms.👍

  3. Iranian here, I hope Ukraine 🇺🇦 will win the war, and you can go to your homeland, and I hope I can go back to my homeland as soon as my country is free from the terrorist Regime.
I’m going to make your recipe.
