In the US, a decent steak is $29/lb retail. So a 3 lb steak sandwich at restaurant prices today, that’s basically a $200 sandwich equivalent. Looks delicious. Cheers. Hahaha.

Decades ago, if you’d head out to behind the gentrified new port neighbourhood (Puerto Nuevo) there were a handful of “street food” vendors! They sold the best Lomito Completo and best Choripan!
