Thin sliced pork with fresh pineapple rounds between. I removed the upper grate so the spike would fit under the lid. Two chunks Hickory. 375° as I could in rain and wind. 3 hours total.

looks delicious! i didn’t want grill unitaskers but love adobada so i just do it on my rotisserie attachment and it comes out fantastic!
