I'm actually making chicken Shawarma . Maybe I'll do these . Anyway I will keep this recipe for sure.
Thank you for the tips. Very helpful.
The number thing? Same! 🤭 So relatable.
Pita looks delicious.
Andrew, were you a teacher in a formal life? If to personal, apologies! The way you talked through this recipe was so thoughtful and well explained!
You don’t just teach us how to make food, you teach us the science behind it. That helps me be a better cook. ❤
Frick man you are hotter than that bread!!! Sorry , my filter is currently in the repair shop…not creeping on you. You could be my son, I , your mother's age. Promise to put a rush on that repair order.😂😂😂 Appreciate the recipe too. Love the whole wheat, garlic and oregano thing going on.
Yum! Thank you for sharing 😊!
Oh I love the idea of whole wheat plus the garlic and oregano! I'll have to try that very soon. Another option might be to use Zataar. Excuse me, I'm off to make more pitas than I can possibly eat….
I legit said yesterday i wana make my own pita
As a non native speaker I love to hear that "you axed for it" 😆 gives a lot of flavor!
Lol I have that volume habit 🤣 and the scale one. Relatives think I'm crazy when I weight the syrup (I make) every single time I fill my water bottle. CONSISTENCY!!!!
I'll definitely try those.
Yum! I love homemade pitas. Next week… How about making some baba ghanoush!!
Love it! Have it all except while wheat, but have spelt which I think will work too. Actually just found some vegan Greek yogurt at the market yesterday 🥳 so think they might be catching on to the demand (I hope?).
Thanks Andrew 🙏🏻🫶🏻✌🏻
This looks so much better than what I made the day I used your Turkish wrap recipe 😂 Yummmm, these look good!
I usually make tortillas or naan bread. These look great and not dry. I’m going to give your recipe a try. Thank you! It’s a perfect day for this. It’s a cloudy day with a bit of rain in sight.
Satiny finish when dough is combined perfectly 🙏✨
Your videos are making my vegan journey exciting. I've been to the site it's amazing ❤💯😁😁 Thank you both for all the recipes 😁💯♥️😁😁😁😁
I Love your recipes ❣️. Seriously, Too frickin funny, "This BALL thing is driving me NUTS"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love that you kept your promise, how about a nana video.?😅
Thank you, for this recipe! 🎉 Also, your other channel Make it Dairy Free, is that not active anymore or…..?
Also, hair and beard do looks good! 👍
Pita pita! Pita-chu! 🫓🤗
I have a question: ¿what could I use to replace sugar?
Thanks a bunch. I like good bread. When I saw how much good bread had gone up a year or so ago and what I found out about how bread from the grocery deli is made—to say nothing about the price, I started making my own sourdough. It’s still a work in progress but I haven’t made anything I couldn’t eat yet. Still I welcome any useful info about bread making.
Yum Yum bread🎉
Right now. Your channel is a little chilled out glimmer of positive vibes in this effed up world and i really appriciate that ❤ going to try and make these for my husband 🙂 also. Not the mini whisk 😂
Открываю сегодня Ваше видео и вижу, что появилась озвучка на моем родном языке, спасибо огромное.
Теперь смогу приготовить ещё больше ваших прекрасных рецептов👏👏👏
THANK YOU! I cannot wait to make these alongside last week’s recipe. As a pastry chef I’ve never even thought of making my own pita bread! Homemade is always better, so I’m looking forward to trying tofu for the first time with this pita recipe.
Looks delicious!
could you technically also do this on a skillet? I make my naan on the skillet and it rises perfectly
Yum! I've never made my own pita before.
Well, now I gotta make falafel so I can make pita. Yum. (Also, did I see some new merch during the 'rolling the dough' part?
Hah! I was just thinking, "Man, those dough balls look so even!" And then you said you liked having things really even. I'm widchya! A fellow Virgo perhaps….?
The timing of this couldn't be more timely!
Perfectly puffed plant-powered pitas!
Thanks for the recipe! 🙂
Haven't even watched it yet, but I know I'll enjoy it. Thanks, love you!
I like odd numbers on my volume… sorry😅
Bread wrapping in a towel in a basket brought a sweet memory of my very early days with the beloved Marie. She gave me the "job" of wrapping her outstanding yeast rolls in red and white feed towels made from grain sacks and embroidered with dainty flowers.
This video is perfect timing! The last package of pita bread I bought was last week and they were awful because I could not open them to use as a pocket. I made a mental note to look up how to make my own pita's and here is the perfect video.
You can have all the even numbers! I'm an odd numbers gal. Especially anything ending in a 3, 7, or 9.
Great video.
Can you make it Gluten Free also ???
Will this work with gluten-free flour?
I was thinking of making homemade pita recently! Perfect timing
Yum!!! I do the same thing with the tv remote!
Was just watching your tofu Shawarma and I used tortillas since pita bread can be pricy at least at the nearest Kroger lol
👎 Nope! I did not ask for a pita bread recipe! Then again, I did not realize how lacking my life was until I watched this video. Now today is going to be a better day with the hordes of pita bread I am going to be making!! You’re the BEST!!
I made bread all my life but stopped a few years back as I ate too much of it.
I am now lying in bed (it's the wee, small hours) and feeling my earlobes thinking, "Yeah, that's about right."
Anyway, I'm making pitta tomorrow.
