    Recipe made 2 loafs, this is one of them:
    – 1000 g flour
    – 725 g water
    – 250 g starter
    – 22 g salt

    Mixed the ingredients, left for an hour, then did 2 stretch and folds and 2 coil folds (30 mins apart)

    Bulk fermented for 8 hours

    Absolutely horrendous! I can send u my address and you can send me this awful looking bread and I will hapilly make it dissapear in my stomach so you dont have to 🙂 (the bread is beautiful!)
