

*Almost* too pretty to eat! I roasted bing cherries at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes until they were soft and blistered. I then blended them in my sweet cream base with a touch of good quality vanilla extract. The brownies are gooey and made with 72% cocoa chocolate chips. So dang delicious. I’m tweaking the recipe and will post it soon!

Looks delicious! I just bought some dried Michigan cherries and plan to soak them in either brandy or rum, then make an ice cream with them. Haven’t worked out the complementary flavor yet.
