



We went this weekend to Vegan Community Kitchen in Apex, NC. They've fairly recently started offering a monthly buffet on Sundays. It was pretty delish, the standouts for me being the seitan gyro meat and the Ethiopian potato salad. Other dishes included
misir wot (red lentil stew), kik alicha (yellow split pea stew), gomen (Ethiopian collard greens), atakilt wat (Ethiopian cabbage, carrot, and potato medley), key sir (beet and potato salad), fosolia (braised green beans and carrots), hummus, stuffed grape leaves, kale-quinoa salad, defo dabo (Ethiopian easter bread), injera, pita bread, mac and cheese, and rice
