I am trying to switch to a largely vegetarian diet and got some soy curls, but realize I have few ideas on how to use them.
When I would eat meat, I’d tend to eat simple and quick meals—baked boneless chicken breast with steamed veggies. Is it possible to do that type of meals with the soy curls? Does anyone have recommendations on recipes using them? (Yes, there’s stir fry, which I plan on trying, but wanted more than that.)
Update: I used this recipe per the comments and omg, they are so good. It has the taste and texture of chicken without the grisly ick that occurs all too often when I’ve tried to eat chicken. I will absolutely make this again and find other ways to eat the soy curls.

You can use soy curls in any recipe that you’d use cut up chicken in. r/SoyCurlsGoneWild should give you a lot of ideas.
I love using soy curls in Mexican fajitas. They are also good to make up with a little onion and bbq sauce alongside some veggies.
Butter chicken! This has been my favourite use of soy curls, it’s a perfect fit for a curry like this.

It calls for an instant pot but I’ve also made it just in a pot on the stovetop with an increased simmering time.
Soy curls in garlic sauce with broccoli or soy curls philly cheese steaks with AI as part of the marinade.
Once rehydrated, cook in BBQ sauce until warm and serve on a sandwich with coleslaw.
Sometimes I’ll also chop smaller and add to soups.
Soy is a little bland by itself, so make sure to use some flavorful sauce/marinade. But soy curls are good for stir fry, curry, things like that.
Gochujang BBQ Sandwich
Soy curls, rice vinegar slaw, mayo.
