Construction on the newest Chipotle Mexican Grill coming to Loudoun County is well underway and now the store has been added to the national Chipotle website.
These are all milestones along the way from first word of a new restaurant to opening day.
As regular readers of The Burn know, the latest Chipotle for Loudoun will be in the Brambleton Town Center in Ashburn.
That’s where the national burrito, tacos, and bowls chain has taken over the former California Tortilla spot.
We passed by the other day and peeked in the windows. The former Cali Tortilla interior has been stripped away and the store is being remodeled into a modern Chipotle.

Still no official word on when Chipotle will open in Brambleton. Right now, the listing on the national Chipotle page just says “coming soon.”
