Today I will show you how to make baked kofteh also known as kibbeh bil sanieh – a super delicious meat dish and fine bulgur that you will be making it in no time! The key is to season the kufte / kibbeh meat the right way for both the top and middle layers. This is a well-known Labanese dish that I have often had at Maroush, which is a popular Labanese restaurant in London. I have explained the recipe and shown every step carefully so that when you follow my video you can see the ingredients I am adding to both the layers as well as how and when I add them.
