Jalapeño cheddar bread!

So glad I've found this sub where I can share my newest obsession: bread. I've made so much bread over the last six months

Latest creation is jalapeño cheddar cheese sandwich bread!! I made it over the weekend for the express purpose of making grilled cheeses. It's sooooo good, the pockets of cheddar get melty and gooey in the pan when frying it up. They also *mildly* exploded in the oven but that's okay, they taste amazing so I'm not mad
