Simple but balanced meal! This was my first time trying sweet potato and I really liked it (it's a shame it's so expensive where I live though). Feels weird being a noob here, considering that I'm a greek who's lived her whole life in greece haha, but I'm definitely new to this sub and only started "cooking" fairly recently
edit to include recipe:
190g chicken breast fillet, marinated in a ton of spices, cooked on a non stick pan (no oil)
220g sweet potato, wrapped in a wet paper towel and then, microwaved for approx 7mins total on the highest temp setting
Simple green salad with tomato, in a lemon juice-olive oil-honey-balsamic vinegar dressing
For the tzatziki I did 110g zero fat greek yogurt, 1 clove of garlic (minced), some fresh dill, apple cider vinegar and salt!

Yum yummy yum!!!!! Sweet potatoes are EXTREMELY pricey where I live as well! I try to space them out every other week because I simply cannot afford them every week although I’d love to eat them every week 🥹
Looks delish!
