
Steamed salmon that is seasoned with olive oil lemon juice herbs de Provence and garlic. Broccoli topped with evoo lentils with greens and olive oil cottage cheese with left over pico and glow kraut. Got the kraut in for the probiotics but it also has ginger and tumeric in it and was too lazy to mince my own ginger and tumeric. I always try to make sure my first meal of the day has almost everything in it. Sets me up for success and carry’s me over till the next day
