Good morning.

It's 7am in Japan this morning.

This is my breakfast today☀

Ganmodoki (fried tofu patties),

kinpira gobo (braised burdock root),

ohitashi(blanched spinach),

natto &seeweed,

raw egg on the rice.

I eat ganmodoki with mayonnaise and chili powder.

The ingredients in the miso soup are carrots, napa cabbage, green onions, and eggplant.
