Hummus Republic is expanding its presence in New Jersey with three new locations “coming soon.”
The Mediterranean restaurant chain will add stores in Hamilton Township, Montclair and Woodbridge, according to the company’s website.
The Hamilton Township restaurant will be located at 3100 Quakerbridge Road, while the Montclair location will open at 412 Bloomfield Ave.
The Woodbridge store will open at 990 Saint Georges Ave. in the township’s Avenel section.
The nationwide chain currently operates New Jersey locations in Edison, Jersey City, Long Branch, Morristown, Morris Township, North Brunswick and Westfield.
“Hummus Republic is a modern Mediterranean fast-casual brand delivering bold flavor, generous portions, and protein-driven meals built for everyday life,” said Omer Biton, the company’s head of marketing.
“We serve fresh, customizable bowls, wraps, and catering designed for busy professionals, families, athletes, and wellness-driven consumers who want real, high-quality food without slowing down,” Biton added.
“New Jersey is an important and growing market for us,” Biton said. “We expect continued expansion as we grow with the right locations and partners.”
