I got into baking my own sourdough last year and this is has got to be my favorite deen meal at the moment. Had the Mabuti tin with a few half slices and a little dijon for lunch yesterday, it was delicious.
Rice used to be my go-to sardine accompaniment but I'm definitely in my bread era now.

Nice! I toast sourdough then take a clove of garlic and rub it into the bread. A little Dijon or hot sauce , some pickles and olives.

Oh lord this looks great. I’ve tried many high end sardines BUT the nuris 🤦♀️ I can feel it in my soul that I’ve been missing out.
