I use our homemade strawberry cheesecake which weighs a little over 3 pounds and add it in with our sweet cream base and then add a swirl of our homemade strawberry sauce and fold in pieces of graham crackers.

Your recipe sounds great! But i think your photo would be better if you shifted the magenta <-> green balance slightly more towards magenta.
