See everyone’s like “well actually injera is just the bread” but it’s what you eat on and with so it basically is the “dish” in the literal sense and that amuses me.

That is meat and veggie combo. Injera is the pita-like flat “bread” you ate it with.

I can just tell that that injera is cut with flour. All tef injera is much more grey/brown.

Ethiopian food is good but the injera is too sour for my taste. I rather just eat it with white rice.
