Wir hatte früher als ich Kind war, auf dem Hof einen gemauerten Backofen! Ich erinnere mich, dass regelmäßig Brot gebacken wurde und hinterher kamen die Bleche mit Kuchen und Platz rein! Nicht's geht über ein frischegebackenes Brot, davon ein Kanten mit Butter und Salz 😋 Oder so einen Pflaumenkuchen vom Blech, aber so ein Stück Platz mit Frischkäse/Zwiebel und Speck ist ebenso lecker…jetzt kriege ich Hunger 😅
