Visited Seline for their spring menu, and it was my favorite meal of the year so far (beating out The French Laundry the weekend prior). The meal was cohesive from start to finish, the space was gorgeous, and all of the people working there were awesome to talk to. The presentation of every dish was beautiful, featuring vibrant colors and striking tableware.
Highlights for me were the tuna in sorrel leaf, the “seeds and grains” (pic 5), which featured white asparagus risotto under the trumpet mushroom, and the fried brioche that accompanied the pork. I’m definitely coming back here whenever I can – they should have their star(s?) soon.
