Had some pork belly in the freezer and wanted to make room (and tacos de chicharron😋😉). Wife made salsa verde with Serrano, jalapeño, chile California, onion, cilantro, and tomatillo. I made the chicharron, guacamole y salsa tatemada. Didn’t make fresh tortillas😞. Everyone enjoyed it and there’s left overs for anyone that wants some😝🤣🤗.
