First bread that didn’t completely fail

i have tried making bread. I usually tend to underkneed and over/underproof it. But thia focaccia went pretty well if you ask me. only maybe slightly too much water? Idk. Feedback is always welcome.

they say focaccia is the easiest bread. what bread do I do next?
