The best $17 piece of meat I’ve ever made (marked down at Sam’s). Lightly smoked and reverse seared. It was really tasty and much more tender than I anticipated.

    I was quoted $18 per pound last week at a local butcher in VA. I go to Sam’s semi regularly though. Maybe I have overlooked it. Thanks for the heads up
