But dang were they tasty.Nice and firm, very savory, and the olive oil was absolutely delicious.Enjoyed with garlic butter smashed potatoes and a little tzatziki. Normally I’d have a green vegetable of some kind but I was too tired to cook anything other than the potatoes.
