MOSES LAKE — A new Baskin Robbins coming to Moses Lake has plans to open in July at a newly constructed site on Stratford Road.
The $800,000 project was permitted Aug. 8, 2025, for A&K Construction & Remodeling LLC. It will establish a new commercial building at 607 N. Stratford Road, near the current Baskin Robbins location at 525 N. Stratford Road. The owners are Isabel and Sammy Martinez.

The new store is expected to include a drive-thru, 18 parking spaces, and lake views, according to project details.
In a statement posted on social media, the owners said, “We are so happy and excited to announce that after years of planning and desire we are under way with the new Baskin Robbins Moses Lake! A long over due growth in our business is now a reality and hopefully to be completed before July. Lakeview and a drive thru!”
Construction is underway, with the project expected to be completed ahead of its planned summer opening.
