Food hall shop has typically smoked their own meats and other organ products, like liver. So they have a lot of red meat and poultry on their menu, but recently added this nook of deens! and other tinned fish.
What would you buy from here or ask them to stock?

Wow what a selection.
That vendor has impeccable taste in tinned fish–they dont need our help recommending additional products. You’re not going to go wrong trying any of that.
Yeah this is wild. So good.
The Jose gourmet deens in butter are a banger. Right next to the wine in the back on the left of the first picture.
Not a fish but budget wine suggestion to pair.
Pavao Vinho Verde retails like 8 or 9 bucks and is just lovely with poultry or seafood. Slightly effervescent with notes of green apple and lemon.
1. Take out a 2nd mortgage.
2. Buy all the tins.
3. Live like a king.
Damn this might be the most highly curated selection I’ve ever seen. You don’t need any suggestions OP , they’re all bangers! Just grab whatever catches your eye, I genuinely don’t see a single bad choice there. I’m so jealous!!
Whoever is doing the ordering is either a tinned fish person or they have an info source that helped guide this curation. It’s top tier.
That Jose’s Codfish in Olive Oil & Garlic is probably my favorite tin anywhere, and their spiced calamari in ragout is a close runner-up.
Hinkley Meats? Everything I’ve purchased from there when I’m visiting friends has been fantastic. Honestly, I’d buy whatever piques your fancy. But I have had pretty much all the island creek tins and they were fantastic. The Nuri, Patagonia, and ekone you can possibly find in other stores so I would steer clear of those.
With my large selection at home, I’d personally go for either the fangst tins, wild fish cannery, or the scorpion fish pate. The pate really jumps out to me since I have never seen it.
For everyone not local, I do believe they also sell tins online and ship too.

Thanks for all the warm compliments everyone! We love seeing our little shop pop up in this sub!
Those island creek tins are all winners. The Razor clams is one of the best tins of seafood I’ve ever had
Big fan of the Spiced Nuri and Porthos teriyaki
My favorite canned seafood is the ekone smoked oysters with habanero. I think that’s what I see on the right. It’s expensive and packed with sodium.i
It’s worth it.
Honestly can’t go wrong, excellent selection as others have said and props to the shop that curated them. Partial to the ekone oysters because they’re from my home state, the faangst are all incredible, as are anything from island creek 👌
Nice selection
Gotta love hinckley’s fancy meats! Best sandwiches and obviously best tinned fish selection in Orlando
Oh wow! They only stock quality. Wave your arm around and point. Where it lands is where you start. Go clockwise and try them all at some point.
Yeah, this is the best curated selection I’ve seen in a shop. Holy smokes! So many bangers; the Ramon Pena mussels are incredible, didn’t know they do garfish as well! Hunting that down for sure!
The one with Galician butter! 😋
