Wow. This was a pickup from an Acker lot. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this wine is delicious, albeit in doses. Maple Syrup like texture and flavor, on top of apricots, peaches, orange marmalade, and creme brûlée. A long finish on the palette, but I found myself reaching for ice water after. I drank this on its own after dinner, I couldn’t imagine pairing it because this wine has such a heft.

Wow!!! I have never seen or tasted that and I’ve been a Sauternres enthusiast for 30+ years
I’ve always said i tend to prefer this to Yquem from the same vintage. Ludicrous levels of concentration.
