MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- A Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain is planning to open a new location in Midland, according to state records.
MotoMedi, known for its customizable bowls and salads, is set to move into The Commons at North Park Shopping Center, located at 2900 W. Loop 250 North. Suite 100, the former location of Palio’s Pizza.
Records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show the project, listed as “MotoMedi – Midland,” was registered on March 18, 2026. The project includes a renovation and tenant finish-out of approximately 3,000 square feet.
The estimated cost of the project is $550,000, according to the filing. Construction is expected to begin on April 1 and be completed by July 30.
MotoMedi operates other locations in Texas, including in Lubbock and Amarillo, offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes focused on customizable options.
An official opening date for the Midland location has not yet been announced, but the restaurant’s website lists the location as “coming soon in 2026.”
