Very excited to post about these because after searching this sub I have seen almost zero mention of this tin whatsoever! I had a TinCanFish subscription a couple years ago that this came in and these have been sitting in my cupboard for 2 years because I haven't historically liked squid but I have been cleaning out my stash and was surprised by how much I enjoyed these.
Pic 1: the opened can + dressed arugula in the background (note: easily the most dense aluminum I have ever felt on a tin, peeling this lid back required far more strength than I am used to giving.)
Pic 2: the wrapped tin – this is still listed and available in six-packs on TinCanFish's website but the packaging looks a darker purple on their site, not sure if it's changed or is just the photo.
Pic 3: searing the whole can in its oil in cast iron.
Pic 4: served on top of jasmine rice with all the juices alongside arugula dressed with balsamic vinegar, salt, and olive oil.
Verdict: while I am still not a squid type of guy, my mind may be entirely changed when it comes to *stuffed* squid. I did my research on this sub and in regards to similar tins saw recommendations to heat these up and serve them with rice, which flavored all the leftover rice beautifully too. Really deep spiced (not spicy) tomato flavor and light pleasant fishiness with a great texture that had none of the rubberiness I have previously found with squid.

how i would just rawdog these
What are they stuffed with?
Wow. That looks really good. That cast iron is a nice touch for sear.
Also if anyone knows why these seem to be impossible to find any information about anywhere online except for the [TinCanFish listing](https://tincanfish.com/products/mar-brand-stuffed-squids-in-portuguese-style-6-pack) I am very curious to know! Definitely a Portuguese tin and there was a [post on here](https://www.reddit.com/r/CannedSardines/s/7n06F16CNo) a couple years back about how the nutrition fact translation was wildly wrong with a now broken link to what must have been correct nutrition?
Wondering why this one is so rarely discovered or discussed.
