    I love making these at home. I learned from a Taco Bell YouTube training video. It says 42 seconds a side on medium for perfect color.

    38 seconds? This is too pale. The customer will be in shortly to complain.

    48 seconds? This is too dark. The customer will be in shorter to complain.
