I've always seen Gordon use Crème fraîche in his eggs, not cream though. Makes a pretty big difference as you are adding more fats and less liquid back into the eggs.
He may have just used Chef Ramseys name so that everyone will try & respond, it's all about the likes & subscriptions….mabe not but you never know with all the competitors, but No disrespect to this young guy he did give his all, Good Job from Sudbury Ontario ❤💯🇨🇦🍁
