Was able to grill today in some fine Southern Oregon weather. Costco Tri-tip on indirect heat for about 30 minutes till a 110 degrees then 2.5 minutes on each side direct over the coals. Came out fantastic. Was so good forgot to take a pic cut up.
This sub has upped my grilling game immensely!
