Rubbed it with mustard and some Cookie's, went 350 for almost exactly 2 hours and pulled it at 145, rested 20 minutes. Never done this one before, but 100% going to be doing this again.

    Made that (not on the grill) a week and a half ago at my g/f’s house. Had another couple over. Everyone raved about it. Salt and pepper only, 20 min @ 425 and then another hour @ 300. Pulled at 132, rested 20 min and was up to 140. Absolutely PERFECT. The people that came over said it was the best pork they had ever had, and couldn’t believe how tender and juicy it was. And he loves pork chops.

    OP, pull it between 130-135 next time.
