I've been a Nespresso customer for 6 years, and I've never received such a damaged order before. The bottom of the outer box obviously took a hit, and the capsules at the bottom of most of the sleeves were damaged.
Not the usual happy restock day ☹️
Will come back later with the result of the conversation with customer services!

Looks like it rode under the truck
Message them in chat, get them all replaced, brew the damaged ones, enjoy. It’s not like they shipped them like that
The silver lining is – I hear they always graciously replace the order and now you get free salvage on this one too.
This is always how my capsules came when I ordered from Amazon. So I stopped. They are basically unusable-won’t fit in the machine. And then it’s on me to get a refund from Amazon. Not worth it.
Now I order directly from Nespresso. I just wait and order enough to avoid shipping fees.
Just buy the reusable foil and dump the coffee into a used pod.
That is horrendous! You think they would be more careful with their packaging. I order a lot online. The worst is dents on the sleeves.
Do you live in the cities or rural?
I’ve had so many fights with them over similar deliveries one guy handed them over and said sorry but that’s how I got them at the depot. Nespresso then proceeded to tell me I could reshape them they should be fine, mind blown.
Call customer service, they will make it right
