slightly-convenient
This is a normal gap. Lots of macarons have it. I’d be more worried about if they are hollow.

Lacy bottoms are due to steam, try increasing heat a tad

It’s usually steam plus structure fighting each other. When your cookie bakes, the outside sets first. Meanwhile, the inside is still soft and full of moisture. That moisture turns into steam and tries to escape. If the top has already firmed up, the steam pushes downward and outward which results into feet effect. It’s not a bad thing though. Texture-wise, those cookies are often soft inside with a bit of crisp edge.
