i hosted an internationally themed potluck recently and someone brought african peanut stew!
my spouse loved it, so i thought it would be fun to try to recreate! adding the naan with the brown rice was such a good choice. i suggest everyone to do their own research into this dish, and find something that best suits you 🙂
