  4. If you hate onions slice them thin one way, slow simmer them till they soft then add salt, white sugar, dark brown sugar and seasoning.
    If you don’t like them you’re a freak

  5. Wow, this is the Middle East dish, which every country has a different way to cook it using all different vegetables to fill in inside. In eygpt Lebanon syria jordan uae and the rest in arab gulf called it Mahshi, only Iraq and Turkey called it Dolma.

  6. I loved stuffed onions, and its so versatile….add any types of meats and seasonings you like, and the liquids can vary too. My favorite is a Greek inspired version, filling is beef and lamb 50/50 mixture, black currants, parsley, oregano, a little mint and a pinch of cinnamon….no rice for a lower carb version. Liquid is a simple thin tomato sauce with minced garlic, olive oil, hot pepper flakes and oregano
