    I don’t care how good it is for that price. I can make my own black cod cheeks pan seared with a lemon caper sauce and sides for that price.

    Hm I get it. Fish cheek is the most delicate, sweet and flavorful meat on the fish, and to get a can full of them? Cod? How many cods would you need? Sure, fine, but why butter? Another case of masking delicate seafood with butter. This is where it shows the lack of appreciation for the fish taste itself. For that I just cannot justify the price, I don’t feel like they know what they are doing!

    $36 a can is crazy, but I’ve been wanting to try the salmon cheeks for so long so this will do for now!
