  1. Looks really good. As far as weight loss goes, you truly cannot go wrong with some lean seafood on a bit of bread, and a pile of vegetables. Bonus points for pickled veggies for the gut.

    awesome for you! I stopped eating sugars and food with sugar back in September and have shed a bunch of pounds. I eat tinned fish several times a week… I did before but I still do now haha. You are doing great

    Props to you! Just remember that olive oil has more calories; I didn’t even know it has more calories than butter. I don’t have it in me to just throw the tin oil down the drain though, but if you can get water tins, consider that.
