• Slice 1 kg of defrosted fish fillets and mix it with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried coriander, ½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp dried basil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 2 chopped garlic cloves, and 1 sliced onion.
• Marinate the fish for 15’ then cook in a pan. Set aside.
• Blend 1 garlic clove with ½ cup tahini paste, ¼ cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup cold water, ¼ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
• To serve: fill an arabic bread loaf with the tahini sauce, the fish, fries, and Biwaz Salad.
🥗 For the Biwaz salad: slice ½ an onion and chop ½ bunch of fresh parsley, then mix them with ½ tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sumac spice, and ½ tsp salt.
