I wouldn’t choose a method that highlights the egg. Make a frittata or something.

Leftovers/veggies that are going bad soon. Top with cheese or whatever sauce makes sense for the ingredients.
Frittatas are like a blend of a pizza and a casserole, so it’s frequently a “nessesity is the mother of Creation” type situation.

This is where you take advantage of the humble breakfast sandwich. Bun, bagel, biscuits, the world is your oyster. Egg (to your liking), cheese, and meat if so desired. It’s a nice hot and filling meal that’s tasty and sure to make you think twice about the power of the egg! 🍳

I’ve never really liked eggs my whole life. It’s mostly a texture thing for me.
I’ve warmed up to them a bit later in life. I prefer them scrambled hard with a bit of cheese and some kind of salsa or hot sauce. In an omelet with vegetables and some kind of protein, that’s okay too. Runny yolks? Absolutely not.

I love a good quiche. With garlic, cheese, mushrooms, and spinach.

If you don’t like eggs, this is not the way to about it.

A scramble with fun fillings is super easy! And then it’ll taste more like the fillings than the egg. I always do some kinda meat/protein, some kinda vegetable (or kimchi works well too for gut health) and cheese

The way Gordon Ramsey makes scrambled eggs changed my egg habits. I hated scrambled eggs. The way he makes them are so smooth and creamy I don’t even use salt and pepper half the time.

Jammy or like medium-runny over fried rice is my fave! Fried rice can totally be made healthier and have a breakfast spin on it. Or over breakfast potatoes with bacon, green bell pepper, onion, and green onion slaps
