It's amazing how something so simple can taste so incredibly delicious! My sauce had a week to meld and you can see it made all the difference. I sliced up four cloves of garlic for the toppings. I had to cancel visits from guests this week as I came down with a cold yesterday. It was just the right thing to do. They were disappointed when they saw the pics. Let me know what you think in the comments!
Fresh sliced garlic, (my own) tomato sauce and a spiral of EVOO. Finished with fresh grated Romano!
2 minutes max temp bake + 3.5 minutes high broil = 5.5 minutes total bake time.

A little Hank Williams while I was enjoying the pizza. This was my father’s record. He bought this in 1952, while he was serving overseas in the Air Force.

Yes I want! Looks great
We started doing a marinara pie on our menu; it’s so simple but so tasty.
Amazing what a little time can do. This is a thing of beauty! Congrats.
Fresh garlic is one of my favorite ingredients on a pie
I’ve a few “garlic^5 pies” with garlic parm bechemel, sliced garlic, garlic confit, black garlic, and some granulated garlic. Highly recommend trying!
Hallelujah
Nice job looks delicious
Not to be that guy, but this isn’t a tomato pie. Tomato pie is a different, pizza adjacent dish.
Although, I am sure what you meant was “tomato pizza pie.”
Tomato pie is quite good though.
That’s no pie, that’s a pizza!
For some reason I have a thing for tomato pie. All the things I can put on a pie but for some damn reason I’ll just eat it. Tomato and olive oil.
