Hi. New here. First time growing maters. Decided to go with early girl. Plan to use 10 gallon grow bags but I need to decide what kind of support I want to use for the vines. Thanks in advance.

There are many different trellis options. Are you just asking what options are out there? What works best for you likely depends on your location, available space, budget, etc.
You need to provide more information is you want a tailored solution.
Edited to add: For example, I do double-stem plants using trellis clips on twine hung from a ten-foot-high wire rope. This works well for my location along a fence.

FYI, from personal experience 10 gallon bags are too small. They dry out quickly and the tomato will quickly use up all the soil nutrients and need a lot of fertilizer. Your yield will be down to about 65% of normal.
15 gallon is a much better size with approximately 80-85% yield.
