Smoked an 8lb pork shoulder from Costco on the Traeger. Made delicious sandwiches!

Looks good for a first one! I do one every few weeks, have it down to a science now with my Traeger 880.
I vacuum seal the leftovers in 12oz or 16oz packs, then use them in between cooks for quick dinners/lunches. Works great for sandwiches, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, etc.

I always have plenty of left over pull pork after make sandwiches. I like to use pecan wood to smoke my pork. I will make breakfast burritos by mixing scrambled eggs into the pulled pork on my blackstone. I place some home made pinto beans some cheese and use a large flour tortilla and man it’s good.
