Glad it was delicious, but there’s no bark on that butt

Why is it all red? No bark, but still edible

Can improve on the bark but still look dang good for a first time.

Looks good for a first one! I do one every few weeks, have it down to a science now with my Traeger 880.

I vacuum seal the leftovers in 12oz or 16oz packs, then use them in between cooks for quick dinners/lunches. Works great for sandwiches, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, etc.

I always have plenty of left over pull pork after make sandwiches. I like to use pecan wood to smoke my pork. I will make breakfast burritos by mixing scrambled eggs into the pulled pork on my blackstone. I place some home made pinto beans some cheese and use a large flour tortilla and man it’s good.

Send me your location. I wish to partake in the consumption ritual of this smoked swine.
