We don't usually have kimchi at home. We prefer less salty ones like "mul kimchi". So here is our dinner tonight – doenjang jige, bulgogi, mul kimchi and durup.

    that sounds like such a comforting spread, doenjang jige and bulgogi together is already a win but adding mul kimchi probably makes the whole meal feel a lot lighter and more refreshing, i like that balance of rich and mellow flavors instead of everything being super salty or spicy
